Our company was founded on the idea of serving those in need of affordable housing in the Collin County & N Dallas area. Our goal is to find homes in need of work and to upgrade them through repair and rennovation.

We have lived in Collin County since 1986 and along the way watched it grow fivefold. We feel like Texas is the best place to live and raise a family and we hope to help you do the same.
